During our Tuesday calls, we focus on education and knowledge enhancement, enabling us to effectively apply what we learn directly to our coaching practice.
In our Thursday calls, we exclusively concentrate on movement analysis. We discuss effective cues to use in a class setting and explore strategies for addressing limitations and skill development to better support athletes.
